MEMORANDUM.

The order of the Appellate Division should be reversed, with costs, and the order of Supreme Court, Suffolk County, reinstated.

Plaintiffs were employed as remedial reading teachers in defendant's elementary schools through the 1973-1974 and 1974-1975 academic years. Their positions were terminated in 1975 after defendant had computed their tenure and seniority
