Howard Beldock, as trustee of Rondon Trading Corp. ("Rondon"), commenced this action to recover voidable preferences that Rondon allegedly paid to the defendant, Braun North American ("Braun") in violation of § 60 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 96.
