Rodney Lee Blessing was convicted pursuant to a negotiated plea of five counts of robbery (Pen. Code, § 211, counts I, V, IX, X, and XII) and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon upon a police officer (Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (b); counts III and VI).
