NORTON, District Judge.

This is an action in equity to enforce, by injunction, an agreement not to compete in the sale of shoes in Tecumseh, Nebraska, for a period of 5 years. The matter was tried to the District Court for Pawnee County, at the conclusion of which the court entered judgment for the defendant. Plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
