OPINION

DOUGLAS, Judge.

Glen Branch appeals his conviction for possession with intent to deliver heroin under Vernon's Annotated Civil Statute, Article 4476-15, Section 403. Punishment was assessed by the jury at life.

Branch contends that heroin seized from his car was the product of an illegal search. If the heroin is admissible, he contends that the evidence was insufficient to prove his intent to deliver...
