In this case we uphold against constitutional attack an efficient and unintrusive procedure of law enforcement: the police, in execution of a valid warrant to search defendant's premises for stolen goods, may properly seize items which defendant's victims identify as their property. In the instant case, victims of a burglary accompanied a police officer in the execution of a warrant to search defendant's house...
