Petitioner Mary H. Herrera appeals from an order of the Industrial Commission denying her claim for unemployment compensation benefits. We affirm.

Mary Herrera has been employed as a food service worker by the Denver Public Schools (DPS). In 1976, she was laid off during the summer vacation and applied for and received unemployment compensation benefits. She returned to work for DPS in the fall and was again laid off during the summer of 1977...
