Maksyn's "anxiety depression" qualified as a compensable occupational disease within the meaning of article 8306, section 20, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated. The trial court rendered judgment on a jury verdict for Maksyn for total and permanent incapacity and the court of civil appeals has affirmed. 567 S.W.2d 845.
