This action arises out of the conversion by defendant Rainermann of musical publications belonging to plaintiff. Rainermann, a vice-president of plaintiff, is alleged to have conspired with the other defendants to remove sheet music and music books from plaintiff's warehouse and to ship them to one of the defendants, billing it therefor at a fraction of the true value.
