As to the only remaining respondent, Southgate State Bank and Trust Company, appellants' action sounds in trespass upon a building located at 1331 Woodswether Road, Kansas City, Missouri. The property was leased by the Hoodenpyles on February 1, 1974, for 5 years at a rental of $2,200 per month, to Tactor Industries, Inc.
