This is an appeal from an order entered by the trial judge which directed the District Clerk of Cameron County to return to the attorney for the appellee, Valley International Properties, Inc., cash deposits which appellee had deposited in the registry of the trial court in lieu of a supersedeas bond during the pendency of a prior appeal.
