This is the third and perhaps final round of a main event which has continued for a period of eight years over a promissory note and deed of trust. The results of the first two rounds are recorded in McAdoo v. Union National Bank of Little Rock, Arkansas, 535 F.2d 1050 (8th Cir. 1976), and McAdoo v.
