Benjamin Christ, appellant, owned 250 shares of common stock of American Hot Rod Association, Incorporated, a Missouri corporation. James E. Tice and respondent Ruth E. Tice, his wife, owned the other 250 shares of the corporation. In November, 1969, the Tices offered to buy Christ's stock. An agreement was reached for a purchase price of $250,000...
