After a bench trial defendant, Willie Williams, was found guilty of murder (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, par. 9-1(a)(1)) and armed robbery (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, par. 18-2) of his aunt, Joella Williams, and was sentenced to 20 to 60 years in the penitentiary.
