Plaintiffs are property owners in an area known as Sky Line Park Estates in Eugene. Defendant Bradshaw is the owner of a parcel in the area and is in the process of selling her property to the defendant Clark. The latter intends to partition the parcel into three parts for the purpose of selling them "as individual residential homesites." Plaintiffs contend that certain restrictive covenants established by the common grantor of Sky Line Park Estates...
