Phillip S. Burt appeals from his conviction of negligent homicide. We affirm.

On September 21, 1977, at approximately 2 a.m., a 1-car accident occurred at the dead end of Marine Drive in Bremerton. Donald Moyer was found pinned in the passenger seat, and was pronounced dead at the scene. One of the first witnesses to reach the site of the accident was Virginia Schutt.
