SMITH, Judge.

Defendant appeals from a judgment against it and in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $2,300,000 based upon a jury verdict. We affirm.

No challenge is made to the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict nor is any claim of excessiveness made. Plaintiff, seventeen years old at the time of the accident, was injured when he dived into defendant's commercially operated swimming pool. The water...
