This is an original disciplinary proceeding brought in the name of the State of Nebraska on relation of the Nebraska State Bar Association against Leonard Dunker, a lawyer duly admitted and licensed to practice his profession in this state. Following hearings held before the Committee on Inquiry of the Third Judicial District and the Advisory Committee, formal charges against the respondent were filed in the Supreme Court of Nebraska on May 6, 1977...
