DeGuerin and wife, appellees, awarding them damages for appellants' breach of a townhouse construction contract pursuant to the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, Tex.Bus. & Com.Code Ann. § 1741, (Vernon 1978) et seq.
