OPINION

DORIS, Justice.

The defendant, Ronald C. Coffin, has appealed from a judgment for the plaintiff, Cornelius A. Bottomley, in a quantum meruit action for a finder's fee in connection with the sale of a nursing home. For the reasons stated herein we affirm the judgment entered below.
