Appellant was granted a divorce on the ground of general indignities. The bulk of the parties' real estate holdings was in the name of the husband. The court granted the wife a life estate in one-third of this realty. She was also granted one-third interest in a considerable amount of personal property to which she claimed joint ownership. Her appeal is on the grounds that the court should have found the real and personal property to be jointly owned...
