Minor-appellant John Doe (hereinafter "Doe") appeals from an order waiving Family Court jurisdiction and transferring him to Circuit Court for trial as an adult. Recently, we have seen a spate of cases questioning, among other issues, the adequacy of the Family Court's waiver order.
