PER CURIAM.

The defendant refused to comply with MCL 211.252; MSA 15.512, asserting that the statute was unconstitutional in that the statute violated the Uniformity Clause of art 9, § 3 of the Michigan Constitution of 1963.

The statute reads as follows:

"Sec. 2. TAX RATES IN CERTAIN MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS. In the case of any school district lying partly within and partly without the limits of a municipal corporation the following procedure...
