HATCHETT, Justice.

This case is before us on direct appeal from appellant's conviction of violating section 559.51, Florida Statutes (1975), which subjects officers and directors of cemetery companies to criminal misdemeanor penalties for their failure to make required contributions to care and maintenance trust funds. Appellant made several objections in the trial court to the constitutional validity of certain provisions of the statute.
