Following denial of his suppression motion, defendant pleaded guilty to burglary, first degree, in satisfaction of a multiple-count indictment, and was sentenced on March 3, 1977. On appeal we reversed and granted a new trial because after defendant had been arraigned and his father's request for assignment of counsel had been denied, the police interrogated defendant in the absence of counsel and obtained two signed...
