This is an appeal from a Jefferson Circuit Court jury verdict finding the appellant, Michael Lamont Sweatt, guilty of third-degree burglary for which he received a one-year sentence, second-degree arson for which he received a six-year sentence, and second-degree wanton endangerment for which he received a $500 fine. The two questions raised on this appeal are whether appellant was deprived of a fair trial because of the trial court's failure...
