Robert Estrello brought suit to set aside an order of the City of Lubbock Civil Service Commission indefinitely suspending and permanently dismissing him from his position as an officer of the Lubbock Police Department. The trial court rendered judgment that the Commission's order be set aside and that Estrello be reinstated to his former position.
