Curtis William Janis was committed to the custody of the Attorney General for treatment and supervision pursuant to the Federal Youth Corrections Act, 18 U.S.C. § 5010(b), upon his plea of guilty to assault with intent to commit rape. 18 U.S.C. § 1153; S.D.
