Plaintiff Kenneth E. Davis, individually and as guardian of his daughter Cameron E. Davis, instituted this suit to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by Cameron when the automobile she was operating collided with a truck owned by Hoffman Brothers Packing Company and operated by David C. Thompson. The case was tried to a jury, which was instructed by the trial court on unavoidable accident....
