HALE, C.J.
This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from a judgment ordering the defendant Holyoke Mutual Insurance Company (Holyoke) to pay to the defendant Arlington Trust Company (Arlington) the proceeds of a claim made by the plaintiffs under a fire insurance policy issued to them by Holyoke. The case was tried before a judge in the Superior Court who made findings and rulings.
