Defendant-appellant Andre Wright appeals from a judgment of conviction entered by the Circuit Court of Jackson County whereby the appellant, after having been found guilty of robbery first degree (sec. 560.120, RSMo 1969), by a jury, was sentenced to eighteen years' imprisonment.
