Carlous Glen Phelps, appellant, has appealed his conviction of Murder in the First Degree and his sentence of death. The charge against the appellant stemmed from the disappearance of 11-year-old Sally Battles in Perry, Oklahoma, on April 2, 1975. On April 25, her body was found in the appellant's garage. A subsequent search of the appellant's garage and home resulted in the discovery...
