MEMORANDUM OPINION

DALTON, District Judge.

This action is brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. Plaintiff, Roscoe Franklin Fulton, had been employed by defendant NCR Corporation in its Danville, Virginia office. NCR terminated Fulton's employment on May 5, 1975.
