Defendant was indicted, tried and convicted of the offense of armed robbery. He was sentenced to serve 20 years. A motion for new trial was filed, amended, and, after hearing, denied. Defendant appeals. Held:

1. The first enumeration of error is concerned with the failure of the trial court to grant defendant's motion to suppress certain evidence and also in allowing this illegally seized evidence into the trial of the case...
