In this action alleging the breach of a contract for the manufacture of customized display racks for greeting cards, the trial judge found, relying on G.L.c. 106, § 2-709, that the plaintiff is entitled to recover an amount equal to the price as reduced by the net proceeds received from the sale of the undelivered fixtures and the expenses saved in consequence of the buyer's breach, plus an award of incidental damages.
