This suit alleging fraud, breach of confidential relation, negligent misrepresentation, and unjust enrichment, is by Peter M. Roberts, a former employee, against the Sears, Roebuck Company, his former employer, for damages and rescission of a contract by which he assigned all his rights, including patents, to a quick release device for socket wrenches.
