Bruce Allen Fox was convicted of possessing a controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He was sentenced to sixty days confinement, three years probation and a $1,000 fine. Fox contends in this appeal that a warrant for the search of the automobile in which the marijuana was found was invalid.
