Plaintiff appeals by leave granted from the opinion and order of the Worker's Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) denying him benefits.

Plaintiff worked for only about two hours on March 28, 1962, his last day of work. After moving some heavy pumps and hoses, he was forced to leave work and was hospitalized.
