This is an application for post-conviction writ of habeas corpus pursuant to Article 11.07, V.A.C.C.P. Petitioner was convicted on September 12, 1966 of murder and robbery by firearms. Punishment was assessed at 45 years on each offense to run concurrently. Petitioner's original habeas corpus application was held in abeyance and remanded to the trial court for additional fact determinations in an unpublished opinion delivered October...
