Comes now the defendant by counsel and files his Petition for Bond Reduction in the above captioned cause. Hearing having been held, witnesses having been sworn, argument had, and the Court being duly advised in the premises, now does hereby reconsider the defendant's bond in the above captioned cause heretofore reduced by the Court to the amount of $800,000 with corporate surety, and does now hereby again...
