On February 12, 1975, Oliver Tyrone Corporation (OTC) agreed to sell to Greentree Building Associates (GBA) a parcel of property located in the Borough of Green Tree. The agreement of sale provided that OTC and GBA would share equally the payment of the real estate transfer taxes. On March 25, 1976, GBA assigned its interests in the property to the Allegheny County Industrial Development Authority
