Plaintiff in his first cause of action against all the defendants (Solow, Haskel and Lithos Properties, Inc.) alleges that they engaged in a conspiracy to defraud him of his interest in certain real property. In his second cause of action against defendant Haskel only, plaintiff charges said defendant with committing alleged acts of negligence in performing his duties as attorney in connection with the events described in the first cause of action.
