Plaintiff, claiming discrimination based on sex, national origin and age, brought this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Plaintiff is presently a Chemist GS-11 and it is her contention that she should be a Chemist GS-12 and that she should have been promoted to a Chemist GS-11 at a much earlier date.
