HANSEN, J.

This is an appeal from a judgment forfeiting bail posted by Arthur Dulde as surety for William Braun. The appeal is brought by his wife, Jeanette Dulde, as personal representative of his estate.

In August of 1975, William Braun was brought to court in Milwaukee county on a charge of first-degree murder. Bail was set at $200,000. On September 3, 1975, bail was reduced to $75,000 cash, sureties or property
