OPINION

The appellant was placed on probation after pleading guilty to burglary and receiving a sentence of three (3) years. Appellant challenges the ruling of the trial court revoking his probation.

The judgment is affirmed.

The basis of the revocation was the conduct of the appellant which led to his arrest on a charge of driving while intoxicated and on a charge of burglary which was later reduced to a charge of attempting...
