The trial judge ordered rescission of a contract to purchase a business. He found that appellant sellers failed to disclose a letter from the labor union and a letter from an insurance broker. He found that those items were material facts and that respondent buyers would not have entered into the contract if the required disclosure had been made. Appellants argue that the evidence does not support the trial judge's findings...
