FAHRNBRUCH, District Judge.

Edwin G. Rentschler and Mildred F. Rentschler, as plaintiffs, sought to enjoin defendants from removing an alleged boundary fence and prayed that the title to a small parcel of land in Holt County, Nebraska, be quieted in them. After trial, the District Court dismissed their petition and quieted title to the disputed parcel in the defendants. Plaintiffs appeal to this court. We affirm.
