BUSSEY, Judge:

Appellant, Kim Denise Holloway, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged by information with the crime of Murder in the First Degree, in the District Court, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, Case No. CRF-77-2020, and was found guilty by the jury of Manslaughter in the First Degree in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 711. She was sentenced to serve a term of thirty (30) years' imprisonment...
