EAGEN, Chief Justice.

Andrew Easley was convicted by a jury of simple assault, aggravated assault, and violating The Uniform Firearms Act.1 Post-verdict motions were denied, and judgment of sentence of not less than five years nor more than ten years imprisonment was imposed on the aggravated assault conviction. The trial court also imposed a concurrent term of not less than one year nor more than three years...
