Claimant was employed as a margin clerk by a securities brokerage company until April 5, 1978. In June, 1977 he was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury on 77 counts of mail fraud, securities fraud, conspiracy and the maintenance and submission of false business records. These charges resulted from conduct during claimant's prior employment as a margin supervisor with another securities firm. On April 5, 1978 he pleaded "no contest" to the specified charges.
